成都正達化工機械有限公司 (其前身為成都正達耐熱科技有限公司） 成立于1993年，總部位于四川省成都市青白江區(qū)。自2010年，工廠 從成都市青白江區(qū)大同鎮(zhèn)搬遷至四川省德陽市廣漢市高新技術(shù)園區(qū)。
我公司主要從事石油化工系統(tǒng)高溫合金特殊設(shè)備配件制造，非標(biāo)件 零件來圖加工，以及貨物與技術(shù)的進出口業(yè)務(wù)。
公司管理嚴(yán)格，質(zhì)量體系健全，設(shè)備精良，并配備有1200℃自動溫 控高溫臺車爐和箱式爐，可滿足各類特殊材料的熱處理。高精度的 加工中心和數(shù)控車床滿足加工各類精、尖、難石化設(shè)備產(chǎn)品要求。 公司已在2002年獲得 ISO9001認(rèn)證；2023年獲取ISO45001認(rèn)證以及ISO 14001認(rèn)證；2023年獲取3A級信用認(rèn)證（含七證一體系）; 于2007 年加入中石油一級供應(yīng)網(wǎng)絡(luò)，2009年加入中石化一級供應(yīng)網(wǎng)絡(luò)。
自成立以來，曾多次為燕山、新疆、遼化、金山、大慶、齊魯、揚 子、蘭州石化、茂名石化、上海賽科、鎮(zhèn)海石化等石化企業(yè)提供各類熱電偶套管、文丘里管、入口帶叉錐體、法蘭、管座、加強接頭、 鍛制三通、橢圓墊、噴嘴、喇叭口等配件。
數(shù)年來，我公司為青島新力通工業(yè)有限責(zé)任公司、煙臺瑪努爾高溫合金有 限公司提供了大批熱電偶套管、文丘里管、法蘭、鍛制管件等爐管重要附 件。特別是文丘里管，我公司與成都飛機設(shè)計研究院合作，經(jīng)數(shù)年實踐創(chuàng) 新了一套完善的制造工藝，質(zhì)量深得用戶信賴，業(yè)績卓著。同時我公司也是國 內(nèi)各高溫合金爐管廠生產(chǎn)爐管配件的定點企業(yè)。
自2017年以來，公司加大對高新技術(shù)和特殊試驗設(shè)備的投入，與流量測試 專家合作開發(fā)創(chuàng)建文丘里管流量測試平臺，采用進口高精度主要測試元件， 測試性能穩(wěn)定可靠，測試精度達國內(nèi)領(lǐng)先水平。
自2019年我公司加入中國石油化工股份有限公司鎮(zhèn)海石化分公司供應(yīng)網(wǎng)絡(luò)， 多次為鎮(zhèn)海煉化提供入口帶叉錐體。
自2025年加入中國石油天然氣股份有限公司大慶石化分公司供應(yīng)網(wǎng)絡(luò)， 為大慶石化分公司提供入口帶叉錐體。
本公司常備材料有：Incoloy800H（UNS N08810）、Incoloy800HT（UNS N0 8811）、Inconel600（UNS N06600）、Stellite6、Stellite12（Co.Cr.W合金）、 310S、309S、321H、304H、347H、1Cr5Mo（F5）、15CrMo（F11）等， 可確保用戶訂貨急需。并備有美國泰克羅伊公司（TECHALLOY）各種鎳基 合金焊絲、不銹鋼焊絲，方便用戶檢修焊接時急用。

- Chengdu Zhengda Chemical Machinery Co., Ltd. (formerly known as Chengdu Zhengda Heat-Resistant Technology Co., Ltd.) was established in 1993, with its headquarters located in Qingbaijiang District, Chengdu City, Sichuan Province. In 2010, the factory was relocated from Datong Town, Qingbaijiang District, Chengdu, to High-Tech Industrial Park in Guanghan City, Deyang, Sichuan Province.
- The Company specializes in the manufacturing of special high-temperature alloy equipment components for petrochemical systems, custom machining of non-standard parts based on customer drawings, as well as the import and export of goods and technologies.
- It is strictly managed with a robust quality management system, advanced equipment, and is equipped with automatic temperature-controlled high-temperature trolley furnaces and box furnaces capable of reaching 1200°C to meet the heat treatment needs of various special materials. High-precision machining centers and CNC lathes ensure the ability to produce complex, high-precision petrochemical equipment components. The Company obtained ISO9001 certification in 2002, ISO45001 and ISO14001 certifications in 2023, and a 3A credit rating certification (including seven certifications in one system) in 2023. It became a first-tier supplier to China National Petroleum Corporation (CNPC) in 2007 and China Petrochemical Corporation (Sinopec) in 2009.
- Since its establishment, the Company has provided a variety of components such as thermocouple protection tubes, Venturi tubes, inlet fork cones, flanges, outlets, couplings, forged tees, elliptical gaskets, nozzles, and bell mouths to petrochemical enterprises, including Yanshan Petrochemical, Xinjiang Petrochemical, Liaohe Petrochemical, Jinshan Petrochemical, Daqing Petrochemical, Qilu Petrochemical, Yangzi Petrochemical, Lanzhou Petrochemical, Maoming Petrochemical, Shanghai SECCO, and Zhenhai Petrochemical.
- Over the years, the Company has supplied a large number of critical furnace tube components such as thermocouple protection tubes, Venturi tubes, flanges, and forged pipe fittings to Qingdao Xinlitong Industrial Co., Ltd. and Yantai Manoir High-Temperature Alloy Co., Ltd. Particularly for Venturi tubes, we collaborated with the Chengdu Aircraft Design Institute to innovate a comprehensive manufacturing process through years of practical experience. The products are highly recognised by users, achieving outstanding performance. Additionally, the Company is a designated supplier of furnace tube components for domestic high-temperature alloy furnace tube manufacturers.
- Since 2017, the company has increased investment in high-tech and specialized testing equipment. In collaboration with flow measurement experts, the Company developed and established a Venturi tube flow testing platform using imported high-precision testing components. This platform offers stable and reliable testing performance, achieving a level of accuracy that leads the industry domestically.
- Since 2019, it has been a member of the supply network for Sinopec Zhenhai Refining & Chemical Branch and has repeatedly provided inlet fork cones for Zhenhai Refining.
